What we believe in

Girls Across Borders believes in SDG 5, which should be achieved. The Sustainable Development Goal created by the United Nations in 2015 is committed to achieving gender equality. We believe that gender equality should include the right to live free from violence and discrimination; to be educated; to enjoy the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health; to own property; to vote; to earn an equal wage, and many more. GAB believes that the state of freedom is only achieved once women and girls are freed from any form of oppression.
